Our Story
A fun fact about our company – there aren’t any Lambert “brothers”! Owner and founder Richard Lambert is the COB – Chief Operating Brother. He enjoys the help of a team of family members to keep Lambert Brothers Construction growing.
Richard started doing odd construction and renovation jobs 38 years ago as a hobby. Over time it turned into a full-time passion. In 2006 he decided to retire from his lifetime career in sales and pursue his love of craftsmanship by starting this family-run business.
At Lambert Brothers Construction, you’ll have a sense of security knowing that we do 90% of the work ourselves, with a very low number of sub-contractors.
Our committed and highly skilled staff represent the “Brothers” in Lambert Brothers – even though some of them are not actually related!
All our construction staff are Journeyman Finishing Tradesmen who demonstrate a pride of ownership on what they produce. Our entire team upholds mandatory traits of respect and strive for the highest quality workmanship.
Pierre Lambert
Pierre has been with us for 14 years. He very much enjoys his work and is well-versed in all aspects of his trade. Born and raised in the Edmonton area, Pierre speaks English and French.
Pavel Burvikhin
Pavel is our newest addition to the team. Hired in Dec 2023, Pavel is from Ukraine and has been in the renovation field most of his working life. He speaks Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, and is learning English - with some help from his co-workers, of course!
Jeff Grund
Jeff has been with us since May 2022. He has been in the trades most of his career and ran his own finishing company for years. Raised in Saskatchewan he speaks English and studies Spanish.
Maksym Kushch
Maksym has been with us since Sept. 2022 and has been in the trades his whole career. Coming from Ukraine, he speaks Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, and intermediate-level English (getting better every day!)
Kate Abbott-Marchand
Kate joined the team in March of 2023. She grew up in construction and followed in her father’s footsteps in the renovation world. From Quebec, she speaks French and English.
Jen Coleman
Jen joined us in July 2023 and grew up in Ontario. She has an extensive background in renovations and restorations and has been in trades her whole working career. She speaks English, and a few words in French to fit in with the rest of our multilingual crew.
